GUEST REGISTRATIONS

• To add an Accompanying Person to your registration, select the "Guest" option when registering. 
• The Guest (Accompanying Person) fee includes access to:  Welcome Reception, morning and afternoon breaks and the Closing Event.
• Guests are not permitted to attend the scientific sessions (oral and posters), so anyone wishing to attend ANY sessions must register and pay the full registration fee.

SCIENTIFIC INTEGRITY POLICY

Any and all information acquired from any presentation at ICAR2026 is privileged information and should not be shared or used without the express consent by the presenter. Any and all information saved in any attendee device for any purpose during the Conference is to be deleted at or before the end of ICAR2026 on Friday, May 1, 2026 without exceptions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Through March 23, 2026, cancellation in writing entitles the registrant to a refund minus a $100 administrative charge. Refunds may not be issued until after the Conference.
• All refunds will be paid in US Dollars.
  
• After March 23, 2026 no refunds will be issued, but registration may be transferred to another attendee.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

By registering for this meeting, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by Conference personnel while at events, and that those photos may be used for promotional purposes in Conference publications and websites, and on social media sites.
