This year's closing event will be a fun filled evening at the TELUS Spark Science Center! The event will include an awards program, dinner, open bar, live music, dancing and the chance to ride Rosie the Robo-Coaster while we celebrate ISAR's 40th anniversary!
Tickets are included in registration fees for students and post-doc registrants only. All other attendees who wish to attend the Closing Event will need to add a ticket during the registration process.
Transportation will be provided between the Hotel Arts and the Science Center at the beginning and end of the evening. We hope you will join us and celebrate 40 years of ICAR!
Student and Post-Doc Status Verification
All students and post-docs will need to upload the below items when registering. Please have these documents ready to upload to verify your status. Your registration will not be finalized until these documents are received.

Through March 1, 2027, cancellation in writing entitles the registrant to a refund minus a $100 administrative charge. Refunds may not be issued until after the Conference.
All refunds will be paid in US Dollars.
After March 1, 2027 no refunds will be issued, but registration may be transferred to another attendee.
