Cancellation Policy
- Through March 23, 2026, cancellation in writing entitles the registrant to a refund minus a $100 administrative charge. Refunds may not be issued until after the Conference.
- All refunds will be paid in US Dollars.
- After March 23, 2026 no refunds will be issued, but registration may be transferred to another attendee.
VAT Refunds
Delegates outside the EU may be eligible to reclaim VAT by submitting a refund claim under the EU 13th Directive scheme. For your convenience, our Independent VAT partner SimplyVAT offers a VAT refund service under the 13th Directive, and delegates are welcome to contact them directly to assist with their claims. Delegates from within the EU can normally reclaim VAT under the EU VAT refund scheme, which is available via their local tax authority’s website. Please note that ISAR itself is not involved in collecting, paying or returning VAT.
