  • Coronaviruses, Influenza, RSV, and Other Respiratory Viruses
  • Hepatotropic and GI Viruses
• Recorded oral sessions, to include the plenary and ISAR awardee talks, available to all registered attendees on the virtual platform.
• Poster sessions for in-person attendees, and access to all posters via the virtual platform 
• Numerous networking opportunities and special sessions for onsite attendees, including the Women in Science Roundtable, Career Development Workshop, PechaKucha Competition, and more!
• Access to all on-demand content through June 24, 2024

GUEST REGISTRATIONS

• To add an Accompanying Person to your registration, select the "Guest" option when registering. (Guest registrations are available for in-person attendees only.)
• The Guest (Accompanying Person) fee includes access to:  Welcome Reception, morning and afternoon breaks and the Closing Dinner.
• Guests are not permitted to attend the scientific sessions (oral and posters), so anyone wishing to attend ANY sessions must register and pay the full registration fee.

SCIENTIFIC INTEGRITY POLICY

Any and all information acquired from any presentation at ICAR2024 is privileged information and should not be shared or used without the express consent by the presenter. Any and all information saved in any attendee device for any purpose during ICAR2024 is to be deleted at or before the end of ICAR2024 on Friday, March 20, 2024 without exceptions.

CANCELLATION POLICY

• Through April 12, 2024, cancellation in writing entitles the registrant to a refund minus a $100 administrative charge. Refunds may not be issued until after the Conference.
• If you have registered as a Virtual attendee and you want to change your registration to an onsite attendee, you will not be charged the $100.00 fee. However, if you have registered as an onsite attendee and you want to change your registration to a virtual attendee, you will be charged the $100.00 fee.
  
• All refunds will be paid in US Dollars.
  
• After April 12, 2024 no refunds will be issued, but registration may be transferred to another attendee.

PHOTOGRAPHY POLICY

By registering for this meeting, all attendees acknowledge that they may be photographed by Conference personnel while at events, and that those photos may be used for promotional purposes in Conference publications and websites, and on social media sites.
